Delivery options
You can place an order around the clock. It is processed within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays), after which the manager will definitely contact you to clarify the availability of the ordered product, the address of the transport company's warehouse and delivery terms.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay attention:
-Free delivery applies to orders of UAH 1,500 or more. Otherwise, the cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer. The goods are stored at the branch of the transport company for 5 days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender. It is necessary to inspect the goods before receiving them, otherwise no complaints about the appearance will be considered.

Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out:
- To the branch of the transport company Nova Poshta, which has no weight restrictions. By own vehicle in Lviv and Kyiv (prepaid). We guarantee delivery within 24 hours from the moment of order confirmation.

Payment options:
With the help of delivery by Nova Poshta, you can receive your orders even in the most remote corners of Ukraine. Payment for delivery is made by the customer upon receipt of the order in accordance with the carrier's tariffs, unless free delivery is provided. The delivery time is 1-3 days, excluding weekends. The term of cargo storage in the warehouse of the transport company "Nova Poshta" is 5 days from the moment of arrival, at the end of this term the parcel will be returned to the sender. Dear buyers, if for any reason you are unable to pick up the parcel within the specified time, please contact our representatives to change the details of the recipient, this will avoid the situation when your cargo, sent on time, will return to the sender's warehouse.
Delivery of orders by courier to the address is carried out the next day after registration and confirmation of the order. Accepting orders for dispatch every day until 10:30. The cost of delivery for orders up to UAH 3,000 is UAH 130, from UAH 3,000 the delivery is free.
