Exchange and returns

• You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order (allowing for a few days for return shipping).
• To return or exchange goods, you need to contact our manager and fill out the Exchange and Return Form, which you received with the goods. The form and the receipt or receipt must be added to the parcel sent for return or exchange.
• After receiving the return in our warehouse, within 2 working days you will be sent a money transfer to the account you specified in the Exchange and Return Form or to the card from which the online payment was made.
• Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
• Delivery services are paid by the client at certain postal rates.
